I suggest you ...

Is it possible that we have Asp.Net 4 on the client side.

Is it possible that we have Asp.Net 4 on the client side. I mean we have Web Api for services, And import our services into the client project like this: ControllerName.ServiceName, and then use them in the client side "Code Behind" and also we have client side markup and controls similar to GridView, ObjectDataSource, MasterPages, UserControls, RequiredFieldValidator, etc. and when a PostBack occures all of the page "LifeCycle" happens on the client with an event driven structure and with events like:
Load > Load ViewState(previous page state) > Form Post Data > Validation > Change Events > Click Events > Datasource updates > PreRender > DataSource queries > Save ViewState(current page state).
And all of the control tree is created on the client on postback.
I can Imagine that this could be done, but I don't know how to "tamper proof" the ViewState or "Server Validate" the validation controls.
