What does it mean that it is an old tecnology? It's a fast tecnology because we can do web without the need to write any javascript.

I believe it's worth noting that Web Forms as a technology isn't really going anywhere (and it certainly isn't going to be killed off). It's still going to be improved and supported for the foreseeable future, but the ASP.NET 5 / ASP.NET Core world isn't really a place for it (due to its reliance on System.Web among other things).

So you don't need to panic, while Web Forms may no longer be the star of the show (and you could argue this is true since MVC was introduced), it isn't going anywhere.

WebForms was released 15-ish years ago.

From multiple presentations by Scott Hunter, they could have WebForms working but it wouldn't be "WebForms" as we know it. It would be... something else. And there would definitely be no backward compatibility.

Everything that WebForms was built on (the old ASP.NET pipeline) has been ripped for the Middleware approach.

So... I'm guessing that this suggestion will be a "No".
