create a section with full website development lifecycle

I would say, there should be a section, where people should go and learn how to build a complete website from start to end.

The biggest issue that I foresee is that everything from Visual Studio to all the references is a moving target. I have yet to successfully build a WebApp based on a demo. By the time that I see the demo, there have been umpteen updates that 'break' the original product.

That should contain CI, automated builds and a little bit source code management as well.
