Add MSTest multi-targeting to .NET 3.5.
MSTest should run on CLR 2 so tested projects that target CLR 2 can be tested on the CLR they'll ship on.

v3.5-specific wishlist items for .NET? Really? BTW this isn't VS, this is ASP.net.
