Make encoding of Page.Title, Page.MetaKeywords and Page.MetaDescription equivalent
Typically when you are setting one of these properties dynamically, you will set all of them. The encoding of them is inconsistent which could easily lead to people forgetting to encode something.
Page.Title is NOT encoded
Page.MetaKeywords and Page.MetaDescription ARE encoded
