CSS pre-processing (design/run-time)
I would like to see some pre-processing for CSS files in ASP.NET vNext, ie. to be able to define own constants/variables (like colors, font-sizes, border-sizes, etc.), define macros, etc. LESS might be good inspiration.
We’re not writing our own version of LESS/SASS/Stylus. Just use one of them. We even have a very nice LESS editor in VS

I mentioned this on the list, but I'll reiterate here:
These other libraries are available TODAY, being driven by real world use, and are evolving at a rapid pace. I don't understand the desire to have Microsoft build yet another mediocre clone of an existing, successful, and valuable open source tool.

I agree with Dave; basically the only thing needed is .less intellisense for Visual Studio

I'd much rather you integrate with .less that invent anything different. There's no point reinventing something that already works well. If you've ideas for improvements on .less then talk to them and integrate (as you've done with jQuery); I'm sure they'd be happy to have built-in support.
