Improve the nonexistent MSDN reference documentation for Web API
I *love* Web API, but this is inexcusable:

We are in the process of adding documentation for securing Web API’s on www.asp.net/web-api. Once that work is complete the documentation team plans to work on the MSDN page.

Thanks! I guess that site is a priority for marketing reasons, but... F1 still takes me to MSDN. ;)
The quality of documentation has long been a major reason to choose .NET over other platforms. Would like to see that tradition continued, *especially* with the faster release cycles that we're seeing.
