Support for $inlinecount is now available in the ASP.NET and Web Tools 2012.2 release which includes ASP.NET Web API OData

@Daniel Roth - Was support for $inlinecount added to the ODataController and/or ApiController? Seems like $inlinecount is still missing from ApiController.
