Better point scoring
Points might be provided on the quality or completeness of providing a full solution. Like if the problem was posted requesting help in VB, a C# solution wont get points. Like wise a link to an off site web page would not get as high of points.

2 points for a coded answer that works. 1 point for a hyper link to someone elses solution. Or 5 and 2, respectively.
